Insomnie de Pleine Lune

 Y seriez vous sensible, comme je le suis ?

Impossible de dormir  comme finalement chaque mois la veille de la Pleine lune . Je ne trouve que cette explication :

Il a été constaté que pendant une nuit de pleine lune, les sécrétions de mélatonine, une hormone liée au sommeil sont plus basses. Les chercheurs pensent que nous avons peut être une horloge biologique calée sur le cycle de la Lune.

"Il faut préciser que les jours précédant sa phase de visibilité maximale, la lune arbore une luminosité plus brillante. Les chercheurs ont alors conclu que la lumière de l’astre pourrait perturber le sommeil à la manière de la lumière artificielle.Hypothétiquement, cette lumière pénètrerait les yeux (même fermés) et ferait croire à l’horloge biologique qu’il fait jour. Une telle perturbation freine la production de mélatonine naturelle et prolonge ainsi le temps d’endormissement. Pour expliquer cet état de choses, trois raisons possibles ont été évoquées" Blog Charles
