Dabolim Airport

 

Et me voilà à Dabolim dès 19h . L'avion poir Delhi doit partir à 0h20 . Il partira à  2h40 ! J'ai eu le temps d'exercer ma patience , de m'avaler un KFC ( Kentucky Fried Chicken) , de lire un livre en entier , de faire 2 pages de mots flèchés .

Leaving for Nepal

 Je  dois quitter l'Inde car bien que mon visa ait été accordé pour 5 an,s en tant que citoyenne de France, je dois faire estampiller mon passeport au bout de 3 mois et ne peux le faire plus de 2 fois par an . Je viens de passer déjà près de 3 mois à Palolem et je dois donc quitter le pays quelques jours pour valider le droit d'y séjourner jusqu'au 12 avril si bon me semble. L'an dernier, j'étais retourné au Sri lanka, où j'ai quelques vieilles connaissances ; cette année, je vais à Kathmandu où je connais du monde aussi.  Il y  fera certes froid, pour quelqu'un qui expérimente avec bonheur quelques 33 degrés au quotidien,  mais j'ai mes gros pulls American Vintage ( Merci les Cocos!) et au pied des Hymalayas, je trouverai sûrement une doudoune si besoin est. Je m'achemine vers l'aéroport de Dabolim à l'heure qu'il est. Avec le projet de revenir lundi si Dieu toutefois me prête vie !  

Rencontre de dernière minute : "Flower ",un Suèdois,  d'une bonne soixantaine, pratiquant le yoga, me dit que sa barbe a 11 ans . Hippies Pip Hourra ! Il loge au 03.

Pas d'épiphanie ici

6 janvier : l'Epiphanie , une fête chrétienne ; dans la confession catholique , elle célèbre, depuis le début du 2eme siècle , le Messie venu dans le monde et qui reçoit la visite de 3 Rois mages : Gaspard, Melhior, Balthazar.

Ils ne sont pas passés par ici donc pas de galette des Rois comme en Europe mais tout de même  des crêpes  chaque jour dans les restaurants de la plage aussi n'ai-je point dérogé à la tradition de la Chandeleur.  Et ce soir, eh bien, je vais manger des fèves ! 

Feeling at Home

 "One day I was sitting in a motel in middle America, and it was one of those really plastic popular inn type places, and I had arrived and I went into my room and I sat down and set up my little puja table and you know, all that stuff. Moving the menu and stuff, and it was kind of depressing, and I thought, 'Well, a few more weeks and I'll be done with this tour and I can go home.' Un jour j'étais assis dans un motel au centre de l'Amérique et c'était un de ces auberges ordinaires populaires dans ce genre d'endroit.  Arrivé, je suis entré dans ma chambre , je me suis assis et ai installé ma petite table de pooja et tout le bazar ... Déplacé le menu et tout ça et c'était plutôt déprimant et je me suis dit : " Allez encore quelques semaines et j'en aurai fini avec cette tournée, je pourrai rentrer chez moi . Et puis j'ai vu la douleur que cette pensée engendrait en moi

Alors je me suis levé et je suis sorti de la pièce, j'aai fermé la porte, j'ai marché dans le couloir , j'ai fait demi-tour , j'ai dévérouillé la porte et j'ai crié : "Enfin à la maison ! " Je suis rentré et je me suis assis, j'ai regardé autour de moi et vous savez je n'aurais pas décoré  particulièrement cette pièce de cette façon , mais bon sang , j'ai pensé : si je ne suis pas chez moi dans l'Univers , alors j'ai un problème . Si je dis " "Je ne peux être chez moi qu'ici, pas là-bas "

Couleurs de l'Inde

L'amie Barbara est désormais à Gokarna, au sud de Goa,  dans un centre de yoga . Elle m'envoie ces belles photos qui donnent envie de faire un tour dans cette station de bord de mer  dans l'état du  Karnataka  qui est aussi un centre de pèlerinage réputé. Il y a plusieurs temples dans cette petite ville de 20000 habitants dédiés principalement à Shiva .
